FAQ - Questions and answers
The Nayax system handles payments in a smooth and secure way. When you make a purchase, an amount (called an authorization) is first reserved on your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds. The final amount deducted from your account corresponds to the actual amount of your purchases.
After the authorization, it may take 2-3 business days for the bank to return reserved amounts to your account. If the amount is still reserved after this period, we recommend that you contact your bank.
You can generate a receipt via our receipt portal:

Alternatively, you can send the last four digits of your card number to our support. If you have used Apple Pay or Samsung Pay, we need the virtual card number from your app.
