How does a Smartkyl work?
The customer swipes their card, opens the door and takes what they need. When the door closes, the cabinet self-inventories and the customer is charged for what they took. You easily track all transactions and inventory in real time, with the ability to customize everything from prices to promotions.

Our unique RFID technology makes the goods, the cabinet and your backend office interconnected. You set up the RFID tagged goods and get an automatic stock balance. Your customer closes the door to the locker and sees on the screen which goods she/he will be charged for. And you easily follow everything remotely!
Back-end office for real-time data, optimization and remote management
Use your backend office to track sales and stock status, take out temperature logs, but also to optimize supply and prices. You, but also our support, can easily manage the connected technology remotely - for example, you can lock, open, restart and update the cabinet remotely if needed.
Dynamic pricing and discounts
Using the RFID tag, you can easily change prices, make package promotions, give discounts at certain times, differentiate prices in different cabinets, etc. You easily promote package prices such as "Friday coffee" via the LED screen.

To simplify product labeling, inventory management and traceability in smart refrigerators, we offer Encode Go stations - a complete and user-friendly solution for RFID-based product labeling. The process is simple and clear, divided into three steps:
Step 1:
RFID tagging in seconds
Each product is tagged with an RFID tag directly via the Encode Go station. You place the products on the station, enter the relevant information (such as expiration date and product category), and the system takes care of the rest. All data is automatically recorded.
Step 2:
Automatic sync with warehouse and cloud service
As soon as a product is labeled, the information is automatically updated in the cloud system. You get an instant overview of stock levels, expiration dates and which products are ready to be placed in the smart fridge.
Step 3:
Ready for sale in the smart fridge
The pre-labeled products can now be placed in your smart fridge. RFID technology ensures that every transaction is accurately recorded, giving you full traceability from labeling to sale - without manual handling.
