VP Salestech has now installed a new, unmanned payment solution for toilet access at Rasta in Kumla. The solution is part of a broader collaboration where Rasta is looking at several opportunities to digitize and streamline their customer flows.
The need stems from a desire to be able to offer different terms to different customer groups - something that was previously difficult to manage in a simple way. With the help of Nayax-based technology and integration with the Rasta card and app, Rasta can now:
- Pay for the toilets via card terminal directly at the door
- Provide free access to certain customer groups through its app
- Create promotions, such as offering free toilet access with in-store purchases
The solution enables both asset management and added value for loyal customers. At the same time, it ensures that operations and maintenance can be managed in a sustainable way without requiring extra staff.
This is a first step in a larger collaboration, where more sites and features may be developed in the future.
